Hi all - it's time for Round 2 of Ren Hunt Highlights!

Here we go... once again, these are not photos of the Hunt gifts (find some of those here) but photos I've taken from a few more places I've visited so far. I do plan to go to each Ren Hunt shop! If your favorite store isn't here yet, I hope to get to it soon, keep those fingers crossed!
Before we get started, I want to issue a few apologies! One shop has been dropped from our Hunt for having very adult content in sight. We apologize to those of you who were surprised and offended. You're right that such things are not allowed in our Hunts. When we visited the shop earlier, graphics were not loading for us. Our apologies for missing this; our apologies were also extended to the merchant for our misunderstanding. Next, at the Bibliothèque: Aw, I was so embarrassed last night to see my Hint gargoyle still read "Hunt begins Sept 1" after I had loaded my Notecard hint - d'oh my goodness. The Hint notecard has indeed been in the gargoyle and you get it by touching the gargoyle. I know many of you found the hint and my gift but apologies to all who might have been confused!
Ok, phew — now to the business at hand! In this round of Hunt Highlights, here's another batch of unique & diverse shops once again including stores that were new to me. So, in random order we'll start with.... (drum roll)......
TFF, by Tayren Theas
| Tayren is my neighbor to the west in Kipling here in the Mieville microcontinent, but I had never been in her shop before! It is large and filled with her beautiful fantasy & vintage clothing and costume designs. I love how men's clothes are also included!

| Oh, how beautiful is this fantasy Victorian caravan on wheels? Love! This shop has a wonderful forest-fantasy outdoor aesthetic that is irresistible, with statuary, animals, a literal garden bed & more! The little Bavarian House there has beautiful country kitchen hutches, shelving, appliances, etc. Huge variety of products!

| Wait — I have two horns! Making friends with an adorable crocheted narwal in this new-to-me shop. Sarah is my new neighbor to the south on Poe in the Mieville microcontinent. Her large 2-level shop features crocheted plushies, salty cross-stitch work, home decor & more! I love the textures on the crocheted items!

| Wow, this new-to-me huge site is full of colorful, playful, and beautiful creations! I adore those floating elephants! Lots of fun fantasy items, statues, some religious items, artwork and more available here. Lots to explore!

Storybook Cats, by Unalunaqat
| Who doesn't love kitties? This attractive store can help you find your new best friend! They sell sweet KittyCats and some pet-related items. You can also play with and enjoy the shop's cats that roam around the store!

Thistle Moon Designs, by Carline Thistle Studely Moon
| This new-to-me store has a large collection of Toodleoo fashions for kids, plus tons of fantasy-historical and modern clothes for teens and adults! There are a lot of child avatars at Mieville —it's really nice to find more stores with clothes for kids! Well done!

| Oh, adorable fat ponies! These made my heart sing!! This is another new-to-me shop that is chock-full of super fun and colorful products like rideable dragons and kangaroos, steampunk airships, Tiny avatars, lots of shoulder-pets, and more! Shiny and Joyful? Yes please!

GPA .:. Dinkies & Ghostraven's Professional Attire, by Beth Ghostraven
And the Inclusivity Award goes to... Beth Ghostraven! Applause!! Beth has generously provided Ren Hunt gifts for Dinkies and classic and mesh body avatars, with her two stores participating in the Ren Hunt. Mieville is a diverse community and we appreciate this intentional inclusivity very much. I also love how the clothing in the stores are organized by color!

| Delinda is my neighbor right here on Mieville Twain. Her huge store has long been an SL fixture that specializes in high quality women's classic and period shoes. I love that there are a number of kitten heel styles! From those of us who don't want to walk on tippy-toes every day, many thanks! |
Miss Violet's, by MissSweetViolet
| Miss Violet's new-to-me small shop includes all the threads you'll need to weave something special on her loom! Items for sale here include small decor items, some pretty glass bottles, lamps, a campfire set, and more. It looks like this shop may be just starting up - let's give some support! 🥰

| Ooh, those boots! This is another new-to-me huge store for women's clothing. There are a lot of contemporary fashions here, as shown in the photo, and also Victorian-Steampunk wear. The boots in this ensemble really caught my eye - super pretty!

Uhh, are you going to Scarborough Faire dressed like that? Oh, I see... Rose Your Life and the Ren Hunt continue behind me! Okay, this area is a mall. To find RYL walk down a ways where you will see a lot of brightly colored clothing. Women's swimsuits are a speciality here!

I picked up Liam's hurdy gurdy at the Ren Faire and love it! Can't wait to unpack the lyre Ren Hunt gift too... 💖 |
