Victorian Faire Merchants Guide!

Hi Friends,

Hope you have all been enjoying the MHH Victorian Faire! While it's so much fun to wander and explore through the site, a merchant shop guide might also be helpful. Come window shopping with me!

MHH Victorian Faire - On Carnaby Street (Dress by A Little Cuqui Shop)

To help us out, here below is our street by street guide! P.S. Don't forget to pick up your HUD for the Victorian Hat game at the Welcome Gazebo! As you wander through the streets you will be sure to find plenty of Hats that you can use to get free presents from participating vendors! The Street guides below also indicate which merchants are offering those free gifts.

Abbey Road

Baker Street

Carnaby Street

Downing Street, Oxford Street, & Trafalgar Square area

Picadilly Circus Street - there are nice pubs and eateries on this pretty street but no merchant shops. A nice place to explore while looking for Victorian Hats!

Enjoy the street-by-street merchant guide and the Victorian Faire, which will runs Sept. 7 through Sept. 22!

P.S. - If I missed a shop or got something wrong, please do let me know and we'll get it fixed here! :)

Reminder: There is also the fun and challenging Sherlock Holmes Mystery Quest to complete! The Quest will take place in several Mieville Regions and consists of 8 chapters, with each chapter being released every other day. You will be playing the part of one of the Baker Street Irregulars.  You and your cohorts will be placed in danger many times as you strive to solve the mystery of the century.  You'll experience fun, adventure, fear, bravery and a little magic thrown in for good measure. To play, pick up the Quest info at the Welcome Gazebo!

Enjoy it all!

Victorian Faire begins!

At long last, the Mieville Historical Hunts Victorian Faire opens on Saturday, Sept. 7! Want the details? Read on!

First, here's a landing site that will take you just outside Regent Park. Enter the park and go to the Welcome gazebo, where you'll find info on two fun activities where you can win free prizes. Hunt and collect Victorian hats scattered about the site to earn points that you can trade in for free prizes. There is also a Sherlock Holmes Quest that will have you solving parts of a larger mystery every few days, with free prizes at the end of the Quest. Collect all the info on both of these activities, and have fun!

MHH Victorian Faire - Welcome Gazebo

Just beyond the Welcome gazebo, you'll find six different streets filled with merchant shops! Friends, there are 50 shops for you to visit here! Our generous merchants have been working hard to bring you some nice products at nice prices, and also may have some free gifts for you to win! Some large shops are located near Trafalgar Square too. Be sure to visit all six streets and the Trafalgar Square area!

There are lots of ways to zip around the Victorian Faire site! First, there are portals here and there around the site to help you get to the shopping streets, Trafalgar Square, the dance court, the Palace Pier where there are rides, and back to the Welcome Gazebo. Just touch the portal, make your selection, and a-waaay you go! Easy peasy!

But wait — there's more! Treat yourself to a horse carriage ride and get a narrated tour of the Victorian Faire site! Up to three people can ride at a time, so bring some friends.

There's also a newfangled horseless carriage that you and friends can drive, plus photo op carriages including two for Dinkies.
